The Travel specialist Nurse clinic is available on:

Some travel vaccinations are not covered by the NHS. Please take the travel advice apoointment with the practice nurse 4/6 weeks before your travel date to complete some of the vaccine course.

It will be helpful if you could fill in the Travel Vaccination information  form before your first appointment for theTravel nurse for our records.

The nearest alternative clinic to the Surgery is the Nomad Travel Store & Medical Centre, 3 Wellington Terrace, Turnpike Lane, London N8 0EP. Tel 020 88897014.

Charges:

• Malaria prescriptions: £10.00 (from Jan 2013)

The following travel vaccinations are not covered by the NHS:

• Hepatitis B for travel purposes: £20.00 per vaccine
• Meningitis (ACWY) for travel purposes: £55.00

This service can only be provided to patients registered with JS Medical Practice.
