Important communication regarding leadership changes at JS Medical Practice

Dear registered patients and their families/carers, local residents and stakeholders, 

We would like to inform you of some important leadership changes at JS Medical Practice. 

The partners, Dr J Pandya and Dr S Pandya have notified North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) that they wish to resign from their GP contract. Dr J Pandya is retiring after 48 years of service to the NHS.

Dr Sejal will be taking a break after 17 years at the practice, to spend some time with her son who has had a major operation recently.

Given the very large patient registered list at JS Medical Practice’s three sites, they will not have the opportunity to personally say goodbye to all the patients, but they would like to wish you the very best of health in the future and they send their thanks for all the support and good wishes that patients have expressed to them over the years.
